Hello my name is Phil De la Ruelle,

​I began my martial arts training with Tae Kwon do and wrestling at the age of 12, by 17 I recognized the need to enhance my hand skills which led me to explore Muay Thai kickboxing and eventually Boxing. Over the years, I've experimented with various martial arts styles and continue to integrate new techniques I appreciate into the skills which I still train today at the age of 54.
